Warehouse Stock Closure
On Friday 17th our warehouse will be closed for stock counting and reconciliation. As such we will not be despatching goods on this Friday. We will still despatch goods on Thursday and the following Monday, any orders placed in the meantime will be despatched from Monday onwards. Unfortunately we can't offer an Express or Saturday service from after our cut off of 12 noon on Thursday
Pre-Orders
If a product is currently out of stock and we have a future delivery date we may offer the item for pre-order online.
If an item is offered for pre-order, we will display an expected delivery date next to the product, and this will also be shown throughout the cart process.
The delivery date is the approximate delivery date to our warehouse, and we will be able to ship the stock once we have received it.
Delivery of Pre-Order Items
If you place an order that contains both pre-order items and items that are currently in stock, we will despatch the full order once every item on the order is available.
If you require partial deliveries, two separate orders need to be submitted.
